Chaos Survivor

Privacy Policy

Developer VoltOrigin Effective 19 September 2026 Last updated 19 September 2026

In short. Chaos Survivor is a single-player game you play offline. We don't ask you for personal details and we keep no accounts. Your progress stays on your device. To keep the game free we show optional rewarded video ads and offer optional in-app purchases; these are provided by Google and described below.

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Chaos Survivor ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by VoltOrigin, handles information when you play. By installing or using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1 Information stored on your device

The Game saves your progress locally so it persists between sessions: unlocked characters, upgrades and modes, in-game coins and account level, high scores and run statistics, achievements, daily-reward streak, and your settings. This data stays in the app's private storage on your device, is not transmitted to us, and we have no access to it. You can erase it with the in-game Reset Progress option or by uninstalling the Game.

We do not ourselves collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or photos, and the Game has no accounts or sign-in.

2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the Game free, we show opt-in rewarded ads — short videos you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus (such as extra coins or a revive). Ads are served by Google AdMob. To provide and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

This information is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and advertising terms.

Your choices: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California) the Game shows a consent request before serving personalized ads — you may choose non-personalized ads or decline. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings. Purchasing "Remove Ads" stops ads from being shown.

3 In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, such as "Remove Ads", packs of in-game currency (coins), and account-experience (XP) packs. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Google handles the transaction. We may receive a record that a purchase completed so we can deliver the item. In-game currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4 Analytics

The Game keeps a lightweight, on-device event log used only for local debugging during development. These events are not sent off your device and are not linked to your identity. If a future version adds a network analytics service, this policy will be updated to describe it before that version is released.

5 Information we do NOT collect

Aside from the ad and purchase data handled by Google as described above, the Game does not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data, and it does not require an account.

6 Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country, such as 16 in parts of the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Game serves advertising, it is represented as intended for a general (non-child) audience. If you believe a child has used the Game, contact us at the address below.

7 Data retention and deletion

Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it (via Reset Progress or by uninstalling the Game). Data collected by Google for ads and purchases is retained by Google according to Google's own policies; you can manage ad-related data through your device settings and your Google account.

8 Data security

Game progress stays on your device. Ad and purchase data are handled over encrypted connections by Google. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we rely on Google's platform safeguards for the services described here.

9 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, describe the change in the Game or its store listing. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
